Staff Management
Staff Management is found in the Asset Management menu on the InfiniteGIS Home page.
The Staff Management page provides tools to create or modify staff members, view labor activity, and input time not related to a repair.
The Staff Management page is divided into two primary sections: Staff and Labor.
Staff
The staff tab lists all staff, details for the selected staff and labor associated with them.
To create a new Staff Member, click the Add Staff button and enter their information in the Staff detail form then click the Save button.
Staff members cannot be deleted since they are used in repair records and form the basis for the labor cost of a repair. However, their status can be changed to Inactive to exclude them from the list of staff members to choose from when assigning staff to a repair or recording labor for a repair.
Click the Edit button next to a Staff Member to edit the details. Note: Editing the name of a staff member will also change the name displayed on any Repair they worked on. Changing their hourly rate will NOT affect the labor cost of a repair already recorded with the old rate.
If a staff member is selected, all labor associated with that staff will be listed below the details form. Miscellaneous labor activity NOT related to a repair activity can be added by clicking the Add Miscellaneous Labor button.
The displayed list of labor activity can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Save to Excel button.
Labor
The labor tab list all labor for all staff. The filters at the top of the section can be used to filter the records. The current month's beginning and end dates are pre-set in the date range fields by default.

Admin
Administrators will have access to a third tab called Admin. In that tab is a list of activities that are used when entering miscellaneous labor activity. The activities can be edited or added to in this Admin tab.
